        This is by far one of the best works I have been in. The staff are so accommodating and helpful. The store is extremely spacious to get around with a pram. Brilliant items in store too. Will definitely be visiting again soon, would give more stars if I could.

        I visited Hornsea garden centre on the 21st April to buy plants, seeds etc. Bought a dry wipe board and a pack of markers in the works. Sorted board out when got home. Tried the markers, only 1 worked. They only cost 1 for the pack. I thought that I'd contact the works customer services,BIG mistake. I told them about the markers. To sort them out I was told to take them back for a refund as that is company policy! Sorry but I'm not making a 40 minute journey to get a refund for 1 of goods. The 1 star is for the works customer services ie, lighten up stop quoting company policy chapter and verse. Should really have been NO stars for customer services. The works outlet is fine, nice staff, just DON, T contact their customer services. Will source markers locally!
