Roodog Ltd

We have had our Roodog eBike for over a year and in that time , my wife has enjoyed riding it out and about including in France. We recently had an issue with the battery. I contacted Roodog, and despite the bike being out of warranty, they agreed to repair /replace the battery free of charge apart from a small postage charge. All this was done very quickly and efficiently within 10 days. Excellent product and customer service! Thanks.

Saw these bikes at caravan and motorhome show where we had a talk to Tina and Scott had a walkround and went back . Tina and Scott very knowledgeable and helpful. Great after sales and communication nothingbto much trouble. Bikes easy to put together not actually used them.uet bit I am confident if we have any problems we will get the help needed to sort them out . Would recommend Roodog

I chose Roodog as I wanted a bike that could take a buddyrider for my dog. My previous e-bike was a little to large for me so after speaking to Tina at the NEC motorhome shows I decided I would venture to Hornsea after a further phone conversation about my needs. The customer service was excellent, and more importantly the honesty. The bike I wanted wouldnt actually accommodate the buddy rider and myself due to my height restrictions, I am only 5;4 but RooDog came through with a solution in the chic model. I love this bike the battery and efficiency of the bike are excellent, it is well built and flys up the hills with ease,I cant thank the team enough as we are now happily enjoying cycling together,me and my dog. Possible improvements ( things I had on my previous e bike) a built in wheel lock. I cant recommend Roodog enough, five star bike with a five star service

We purchased 2 Roodog Cosmos for the very low step through and style. When we collected the bikes we were very impressed with the build quality, ride and finish. Far better than anything else wed considered in our price range. Customer service from Scott was excellent, very knowledgeable and at no time did we feel pressured. Keep up the good work
