Id highly recommend reaching out to him if you think that having a PT is not for you, you might just be surprised at what you can achieve with the right one like James.

    I started training with James after reaching a point in running where I was constantly getting a new injury. James has taken my training back to basics to focus on my form, looking to strengthen each area in the whole chain. He has been really motivating when I felt like Id never run far or fast again, he encouraged me to take things back a notch - running to my current level of fitness, walking if need be. I wouldnt have taken that backwards step without his guidance and, James was right, by trusting in the process it has paid off. James is super friendly and knowledgeable Id happily recommend him to anyone.

    I have been training one to one with James for two years. As I have a chronic back condition, we have worked hard on my strength and mobility as well as my fitness in order to give my body every chance to protect my spine and to keep me on my feet. James's programming is perfect for me - it is individualised and takes account of my specific needs. For the past 7 months, due to my back condition, I have been experiencing severe pain and James's with his great knowledge and skill as a PT came up with a strength and recovery programme where I could train in a pain-free range to strengthen my core and upper back to the point where I now have no pain at all... and that is priceless!! James is compassionate and generous. He works with you as a whole person, on the emotional as well as the physical aspects of training... and we have a laugh while we're doing it! All in all he is a top bloke, and I recommend him 100%.

    I have known james for a few years now and was delighted that he was doing online training courses due to the pandemic, Jamess online training program helped me massively to loses weight 3 and a half stone to be exact and the ongoing online programs helped me to a fitness level that have havent had since I was in my teens and barring in mind Im in my 50s now, I also have to thank jamess online courses in me getting through having covid and was hospitalised due to my underlining asthma issue which quite frankly almost killed me! But the doctors said that it was due to my fitness that I survived, and for that all credit has to go to james, once I had told james of my condition and what had happened. He put together a recovery plan to start to get me back on my feet again, as once out of hospital I could barely walk 100 yds without being out of breathe. This was in October 2021 and to date Im back rowing nearly every day and have since done a few 5k runs both outside and on the running machine, and now Im also doing upper body weight training. To finish off, I would just like to say that james is very good at putting a program together to suit everyones individual needs and has always been at the end of a text if I have needed to ask any questions.
