Weve recently used Castle Surveyors for a property purchase in Southampton. From the get go communication with Wayne was prompt and professional. We were given a wealth of information prior to the survey taking place, and had the written report back to us the next day! Which was faster than expected. We have been dealing with Castle Surveyors, who completed a survey on a property we hoped to by and have been extremely impressed with the efficient way this has be done. After considering the report and the issues it highlighted I then had a very informed discussion with Wayne who pointed out things I had to considered regarding the condition of the property and things that need further investigation before continuing with the sale.
