I am very disappointed in the service I have received today as I was left waiting at Morrison's Heywood for25 minutes because the call handler sent the taxi to Morrison's daily so I had to phone back and wait for the driver to get to the right pick up point,it usually a very prompt service and reliable drivers very helpful and will help if you need/want it but I am disabled and they also keep sending the minibus which I have requested for them not to send it as I struggle with my mobility
