i took my van in for mot, needed work done on veh, they completed the work but left the veh steering wheel unaligned, second time i took van in for brake peddle hard to push down degraded brake, i received it back in the same condition, i dont pay for this because its a lease veh, wouldn't take my own car there, take yours at your peril.....................................asper reply below, the steering wheel was aligned before taking the van in for mot and work, and collected unaligned which was the company's fault and didn't need authorisation as you had caused the issue. I had cambelt and waterpump done on audi a3 tdi, from start to finish great job, the reception helps and no 's the job, mechanic very helpful and explains it easy to understand and a great job done, and one of the lads even vacumed and washed car and all for a really good price, with this service its like using main dealer without the cost.and everyone at this garage said hello even early in morning great job volksmaster I will be back.
