Easy to book rubbish collections to your specific needs. I have regular bin collections and occasionally an extra bin to empty. I just want to say how professional each and every time your drivers are. They arrive on the day, once the bin empties they return it back to its place. Email confirmation once they have been. MONEY TAKEN AND SERVICE NOT PROVIDED. On 6th April I paid 21.99 for a 240L Bin collection and 4 additional bags to be removed - I was emailed that this would take place on Friday 7th April. On Saturday 8th I noticed that this service had not been carried out and my bin was still full - assuming that the estimated date had been a computer error because it was Easter (Good Friday) I expected the collection to take place at a later date. Upon emailing Busy Bins, they are telling me that their GPS tracker says the service was completed, this is absolutely untrue and the rubbish waiting to be collected is definitely mine and not that of a neighbour that has perhaps filled up my empty bin with their own rubbish. I'm extremely angry that I am now being accused of lying and my money being taken for services that have not been provided. AVOID THIS COMPANY! Service: Trash removal & disposal
