        Useless never answer phone and can never get an appointment

        Useless. I ask for their services maybe 1 or 2 times per year. I only want a telephone consulation (which needs an actual appointment to be cancelled in the afternoon) all booked up for te next 2 weeks???? The chat would last no more than 5 mins. The working man can never get anywhere. You have to be unemployed or part time/retired to get in this place nowadays.
