Bluebird Care Rochdale

I have worked for Bluebird Care Rochdale for nearly 4 years. They are an amazing company, During this time I have been on maternity leave and when I returned back to work I was given the opportunity to work in the office to help with administration. Im thankful for John, Beryl and Michelle for giving me this opportunity. I have learnt so much from working in the office. I have always loved my job at Bluebird care and I couldnt imagine working for another care company. Management are kind and supportive, the customers and staff are brilliant. Great company

Blue Bird Care Rochdale are a god send for anyone who wishes to stay in their own homes but are unable or are unsafe to do so alone for a host of reasons. Michelle set up a care plan for Mum in October 2022 with a team or wonderful ladies to care for Mum, they are so very caring allowing Mum to do what she is able with supervision, encourage Mum and give help when its needed. The care plan in place for Mum gives me the opportunity and pleasure of interacting with the ladies regularly. Having the lovely ladies care for mum in all manner of ways gives us100% peace of mind, we have no worries at all and are confident that Mum is safe. would definitely recommend Blue Bird Rochdale

Ive worked for other care companies in my 20 yrs of being a carer and Blue Bird is by far the most caring understanding company - Managers, Owners & Carers are like family I mean which other company would buy each carer a bunch of flowers for their birthday and a Xmas box at Christmas as a thank you - if youre thinking of going into care make Blue Bird your first phone call - you wont regret it

I have never worked for a company that makes me feel valued and Lets me know when Im doing a great job until I became a bluebird team member. The whole team are brilliant as are the clients we have. I can finally say Im happy in my job and proud of the level of care we give and the independence we help our clients have to be able to stay in their own homes. We Dont look after them we help them to look after themselves !
