        Opened an account here over 2 weeks ago and still cannot access the website .Called and was told that it just takes time .2 weeks ,I don't think so .No point sending a good rep to get business when the client cannot even access.the site .No help at all from staff who were totally disinterested. I won't be using this place . I have tried n 3 computers so it is not the cache . I will not be spending any more time and effort with Howdens . Very poor customer service . great representaive but 0 backup from the company . No point in getting an account if you cannot use it . That simple .
