Inspired Lighting Ltd.

Disgraceful company. i ordered a whole set of matching lights. All of the labels on all of the boxes stated french gold. The lights inside were a mixture of french gold and yellow gold. The authourised seller I bought them from asked Inspire Lighting Ltd for help and they refused. They seller then ceased trading to get out of their responsibilities. So I am now stuck with thousands of pounds worth of mixed lights which I cannot use. Their customer care is non-existent. Buyer beware!

Beware of this company. They manufacture lights that are sold through third parties. We bought a few of them, one of the shades was broken by us by mistake. We were then sold a replacement shade and promised it could be replaced (by the third party). No replacement instructions are provided. We were then advised to contact the manufacturer (Inspired Lighting) After 2 weeks, 18 phone calls and 6 emails with Inspired Lighting they cannot advise how to fit the replacements they sell. They advised they use multiple factories across the world for the lamps who all use different fitting and therefore have no idea how to fix it. The lamp was 55 the replacement shade was 36 so 90 down the drain as the lamp is no longer fit for purpose and the manufacturer wont help.
