I visited this Jobcentre Plus branch this week, nervous and hoping to speak to an adviser with it being my first time visiting one, unfortunately the condescending security guard at the door refused my request to speak with an adviser. Advising me himself, he insisted that I should just apply for jobs online. Upon my explaining that I already was, he insisted that if I wished to apply for benefits (which I did not and had not even mentioned) that I should leave the store and do so online also. I left the centre feeling embarrassed, disappointed and without the CV advice I had hoped to gain.

Very disappointed.. Went in there twice, but the security guard that seems to have made himself the receptionist, has been very condescending on both occasions. Very unhelpful, as i was pretty much told to sort it out myself....
