        Excellent service, this was the first time I had to arrange a funeral and the process was made easy and I was given a lot of help. The funeral service was perfect, special thanks to Alyshia for all her help and support and for showing so much respect to my Dads memory.

        The funeral itself was done very well and professionally at the Heywood office. The low rating is given as on the day of the funeral I went into the office to settle the payment. When in the office the lady dealing with the accounts rang Dignity care head office as she stated she had to double check the final settlement. Dignity care Head Office stated to add an extra 100. I questioned this and I was told that I would receive a letter explaining the increase which was never sent. I believe there should be transparency in all matters relating to a service that is provided.
