Gavin was professional and caring and made what could have been a very stressful and difficult time easier to deal with. Gavins Mum, Janice was so lovely and incredibly helpful, especially with her advice in regards to Eileen's ashes. Also Damien, the Celebrant - he spoke about Eileen as though she was a friend of his and really made us all feel closer to Eileen once again. Thank you all so much

A million thank yous will never be enough to express our sincere gratitude to Gavin, Janice and the team at Mitchell Funeral Service in Heywood for the support, empathy and care they have shown us during the loss of our dear Mum. Everything I asked for (and believe me it was a lot) was no trouble at all. They kept in constant contact, even changing things at the last minute at my request. They made us feel comfortable and at ease every time we went in and my Mums funeral was without a doubt unforgettable because of them. Janice - thank you so much for taking such good care of Mum and making her look so beautiful for us. This made our last goodbye that little bit easier. Gavin - You are an absolute legend and Ill never forget everything you have done for us as a family (and are still doing). From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to all of you for helping us through this very difficult time and for giving our Queen the send off she deserved, we will be forever grateful. From the minute we stepped through the door and met Gavin and his mum, we felt at ease and we knew that we didn't have to go anywhere else. We found out after talking to them that it was a family run business and taking care of you and your loved one was most important. Nothing was too much for them to do for you. Our family would highly recommend Mitchells funeral services. Thank you so much for everything.

Cannot thank Gavin, his mum Janice, and the staff enough for looking after my little girl, and making the whole experience of her passing just that little bit easier to deal with. Gavin was calm, professional and respectful and never too busy to chat. The service was perfect and we all felt looked after at what has been an incredibly difficult time.
