        A JWL pub off the beaten track in Bury , reasonable sized carpark with parking for the disabled . The inside of the pub is period style with log fires . I haven't been for several years it has always been a very popular pub, the internal decoration & furniture are needing some tlc . The staff are are very welcoming , friendly attentive & helpful .our party of four had the plate steak pie, chips & veg which was excellent we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals portion sizes were on the large size , a smaller option would in our case be preferable leaving room for a pudding. I would recommend this public house without reservation .
