        In todays very very difficult times closing other branches this heywood branch is overwhelmed with horrid customers who take frustration out on the staff,despite this the staff are very professional. Well done

        Lovely staff who seem to have caught some reviewers on a bad day! I've given them my custom for decades, and really value their helpfulness, even right through the pandemic. I hope that all the staff continue to be able to serve us for many years to come - it is a vital service for not only Heywood but the surrounding boroughs due to their own closures in the name of 'efficiency'.

        Had an issue with an online seller and had to go to the bank in order to get a refund. The ladys at this branch in Heywood were very helpful and sorted it all out for me and give me clear guidance of what will happen next etc. Cant thank them enough for helping with what has been quite a stressful situation. Thank you.
