Great value for money, great customer service, prompt attention to order, unfortunately let down by slow delivery due entirely to Royal (snail) Mail delivery, it took 6 days from dispatch to receipt, distance from dispatch to my home 14miles. Shame on you Royal Mail I could have walked it there and back in less than a day! 11 June 2020 Buy a Battery is a great company to deal with, quality products, keen prices, and prompt delivery to the carriers, same day if you get your order in before 4pm. I used to post Reviews on Trustpilot but since I found out that Trystpilot are no longer totally impartial and are becoming some kind of policeman and putting the following warning banners on company rating page "Trustpilot does not condone the type of business conducted by this domain, and would recommend caution when engaging in any purchase or service experience. As Trustpilot is an open platform, you can continue to read and leave reviews about your experiences with this domain." When asked about this they say that they have evidence of fraudulent behaviour, but when challenged on this the seem not to be able to produce any evidence at all, just watch out if they take a green stance and start to think that batteries might damage the environment they'll put up a banner and ruin your business. So I now will not ever trust them again, Googles now the place for me. I have used this company again, still the same top class customer service and competitive prices. Trustpilot still not changed their partiality policy, dangerous company beware of their site.
