Had great service from Tom and the team. We had two chests made bespoke with fitted cushions. Both look brilliant in our new conservatory. Both are beautifully made and I love the fact that they are hand made to such a high standard. Highly recommend! Thank you!

I sent a request for a quote for a kitchen island on their website in January, 2022. They replied with a quote which I agreed to proceed with subject to them sending some design drawings, which they said they'd do. After two weeks, there was no reply so I sent a chaser. Another two weeks pass and I send another chaser. Again, nothing. I sent a final chaser, again to no response, and then gave up. It was like shouting into an abyss. However, having failed to find what I wanted elsewhere, I thought I'd give them one more chance and gave them a call in April to see whether they were still interested in producing the island for me. I was told they'd suffered some staff shortages with Covid in the early part of the year, but were back up and running and very much interested in producing the piece for me. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to redeem themselves, they said, and promised to send over the drawings shortly. Guess what? I received nothing and once again it's been a total email blackout since. Honestly, don't waste your time with this company. EDIT: In response to the company's misleading reply: To be clear, they did not say no to the work. I would've been absolutely fine with that. And I quite understand that bespoke work for a small company has long lead times. The problem is they offered to take on the work, evidently decided they couldn't, then didn't bother to tell me and ignored all of my attempts to contact them. Then when I called them about it several months later they did exactly the the same thing again. And now they're being dishonest about it.

Repeated calls chasing delivery after promised dates came and went. Arrived finally but sadly square ends when round was ordered and paid for. Another call resulted in me accepting them as I was reluctant to let them collect and sort it out due to the experience so far. They then offered to reimburse 25 provided that I give them good reviews! When I refused he got very aggressive and rude. I have experienced the worse possible customer service and given how many companies offer similar products I wish I had gone elswhere. Following your reply Not strictly accurate but no more than exlected. I wont be bribed into giving good reviews for any amount of money and you might want to review your strategy as good service is the way to get good reviews not bribery and if the way you spoke to me and the service I received is normal to you it looks like you have long way to go.

Had a picture shelf made for our lounge. Whilst we had a small delay because everything is made to order, we quite liked that. It pulls away from mass made furniture and gives it a bit of charm. We had a question and got a swift response back. No complaints, and a lovely shelf made to our specification.
