about 22 years now The pharmacist (i can't remember his name )often can anticipate your needs ,very knowledgeable Also I had flu and covid jabs couldn't feel any pain just little pinch
Sometime less experienced member of Staff are not as quick as he is but are well supervised at all times
During covid home delivery was arranged at extra cost of course but most important with no fuss
