Rough handed and definitely not suited to work on delicate soft hands and feet.
I was horrified when they attempted to use what looks like a large cheese grater on my feet that hardly required any work.
I normally pay 100 for both hands and feet in westfeild, this local joint came in at 65 but their lack of attention to detail and poor customer service and the gel residue I have on my cuticles leave me not wanting to return. :(
