Jiff gave me honest advice about my colours and ideas to achieve the best result, which I really appreciated, and spent time with me picking the right colour threads.         We placed several orders with this supplier. Items never were delivered on time. No quick response to emails. Very bad communication. I understand that all are busy. But come one guys..... Let your customers know if they are any problems.....etc..... Communication is the key guys. Change your aptitude. In general items are perfect quality.But.....Sorry can not give more then 2/* Last order still not delivered after 6 weeks. Sorry but you just lost regular customer.Will never order from you again.
