Elm Trees Surgery

I had to request my medical records to send to a third party and I just wanted to leave a nice review for Margaret the secretary. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with and is a real testament to your Office team at the surgery. She was friendly, welcoming and greeted me like an old friend. She made me comfortable and I can't give a more glowing review. I was able to complete what I needed and overall just a very positive experience. Reception Staff are negligent. Ive had to call reception more than 3 times to get a doctors appointment. Its like talking to a brick wall. Not only that but that gave away secure information.

I am so grateful to the staff at this surgery. The care that I have received has been amazing. Dr Venkata Thiagaraj and Dr Thacker are both caring GPs. Also the reception staff who work under great pressure at times have always been polite and very helpful, both Keisha and Sudha are amazing. The HCA ( sorry, I cant remember the names) are also very professional and kind. Thank you all for helping me through my ill health
