Disappointed. Have been trying to get hold of them since 7th December with no luck. Shame since they have good reviews and are based only a few minutes away from me.

Poor customer service not reliable. Cancelled work on the day of installation. Paid my deposit got a a contract and on day of installation was given a pack of lies from the project manager of Be Constructive EWI Ltd. Work did not commence despite being given a contract. Wasbpart funded by government grant. Now have to start all over again
