Best Parties Ever Newcastle

A true waste of money. It was my first Christmas Party with you lot. Our work Christmas Party was on the 3rd of December (This is a very late review). The party was average for what was essential a social club party. The food was bland, the alcohol was expensive and the music was like social club disco. Don't book your party with Best Parties Ever as they aren't the best parties. Average Expensive Parties would be more appropriate.

I attended our annual Xmas party at your venue this Saturday. If you check your records, you will find that our company Multibrands attended the very first event you started several years ago and have attended almost every single year since then. To say that standards have dropped would be an understatement and frankly, to send you a complaint in writing (something I have the least amount of time for), things have gone pretty bad. Firstly the venue itself, absolutely terrible the dodgems were outside, on a night where temperatures dropped to -10, it was ridiculous to imagine anyone would have a good time going out there. The costs are now 5 a ride!! For the last few years, this has been inclusive with the cost of the ticket. We were SO disappointed about this. The food was DISGUSTING. The menu itself wasnt a hugely creative one at best, but the quality and even presentation of it all was really very poor. The most insulting.the dessert plate that looked like we were being served a bit of Morrisons mini desserts to share around the table. What happened to the individual served plate?? The brownies tasted stale and the other bits were literally just as bad. The starter was a horrible, over fluffy cheese souffl served with a single slice of tomato, you may have noticed MANY half eaten returns on this! The main course overcooked and oversalted vegetables, in the TINIEST portion served with a giant chicken breast overall a really sub standard meal for an event like yours. The DJ, insisted on playing the same typical 80s high school disco music for a generation that just doesnt exist anymore! We requested something more modern and danceable so many times and ended up leaving the dancefloor early as it was just too bad. Surely the blind drunk people that were dancing around dont count as the satisfied customers do they? Looking at them, Im sure they would have danced to the National Anthem if it was being played! My point is, we REALLY needed something new and exciting instead of a 3rd repeat of Whitney Houstons dance with somebody. I cant believe Im having to say this, but we will certainly be looking for something else next year as this one was just too bad for our loyalty year after year. Rizwana Hussain Director

We have covid and your telephone advisor has said we cant get a refund for our tickets or drinks packages, leaving us 236 out of pocket when we legally cant leave the house to attend. Can you please confirm that your policy is to not refund customers who have covid? If so, does this comply with government guidelines to businesses? When you inevitably reply with the same copy-and-paste reply you have sent other people in the same situation, saying the events going ahead so no refunds are due lol then my follow up question is do you think your approach is ethical? We have covid. We are contagious. It is illegal for us to leave the house. Are you suggesting that we should come to your event? Or are you saying that we should be out of pocket?

I go to best party ever every year with my friends or work colleagues . I cant fault it . This year Im very disappointed as you can clearly tell that they didnt make any effort . The decorations everything is not as good . The theme was Monte Carlo , they suppose to have cars everything there . I was disappointed not as good as previous years . I dont think I will go again .
