Just have to feel sorry for this clown. Can't even send out a simple delivery in 3 weeks let alone 3 days. I waited further on an already delayed dispatch after seemingly correcting the issue with John, only to then on the day where delivery is expected, call to discover it still hasn't been sent out despite receiving a confirmation of dispatch email 3 days prior. Went into the water without a complete set of anodes and backing pads due to the incompetence of this absolute circus. Little can be said for communication with suppliers either who on querying the delay of my order, actually said they were still waiting for payment, having myself already paid anodesdirect at the time of purchase (they had failed to provide my payment or any info of it to Sterling Power over the course of 3 weeks). Apparently Sterling were confused about my order of ring terminals and a fuse box in the same order. I appreciate the concern, but is it possible I wasn't intending to use the ring terminals with the fuse box? No willingness to resolve the issues or reinstate any faith in this operation, just took it all as if he's very much used to unsatisfied customers and that it was presumably my fault for putting my faith in an independent chandlers.

I used Anodes Direct to transport my motor boat from Essex to Devon. John was very helpful and accommodating and planned his timing really well. The boat was well strapped and cared for and the price was very good value for money. I would highly recommend. Tip Top Service at a great price.

Couldnt care less that the delivery company had messed up and not delivered and when I wanted to discuss my options was effectively told it wasnt their problem and they just said bye - couldnt wait to get off the phone. I wont be using this company ever again.
