Not overly happy with the service from David Wilson Homes it's very lazy. I've had a plumber round multiple times due to faults and in December he came about my tap leaking and said that the tap would arrive January 3rd and he'd be round shortly after... It's now April 7th my tap is still leaking. Also we moved in at the end of October and was told there was a "shed shortage" and that's why it wasn't here when we moved in... Months of chasing as all the newer houses being built outside our window had sheds and finally was told that they'd be coming end of January on a Friday to erect our shed .. I cleared the garden and waited in all day with no show not even a phone call... Then they arrive the next week on a Tuesday when I wasn't available and nothing since and like I say it's now April we've been in the office 3 times, reported online and been to see the builders twice since. We've also reported a pressure balloon being left in our loft with nobody wanting to come and collect it, not to mention all the other tools and timber left laying about on top of cupboards and in the loft... we've had multiple plumbing issues that should of been picked up in snagging. As you can tell I'm getting more annoyed every month that we're still chasing faults with nothing being done. Edit: we are finally supposedly receiving our shed tomorrow 21/4/23 and will be having our new tap fitted once the part is in. But we have just found out that a plot of grass out the front that we've been paying a monthly maintenance fee for to be maintained is actually our responsibility? So why are we paying something along the lines of 40 a month if that grass next to the bin store is owned by us residents? Also why put a tree up in the plot 2 months ago? We'd rather concrete over it and make an extra parking space and not have to mow it.

Very quiet area only the Ferry Boat Inn, four mile trip to the shops, Station for one hour trip into London Liverpool Street Station. Good Riverside and country walks on door step, marinas close by if you are into boating. Nice housing site with good quality houses.

Customer care is appalling, they regularly make commitments, fail to deliver on them and don't contact you with any sort of explanation or new timing. They refuse to fix significant and numerous defects/snags (7 months post completion and still waiting). Don't believe their marketing claims....
