        Never use this drop-off point again

        Place is a mess, parcels are kept not securely. Dropped off DHL parcel, it was supposed to be collected the next day. Not collected, shop is not picking up the phone. I wonder if they lost it.

        delivered all my parcels to the wrong place, didnt even apologise and told me it was fine that they had lost my valuable parcels, and called me darlingpatronisingly and several times, whilst brazenly telling me to my face that I couldnt be right and laughing, without even a hint of apology.

        Horrible experience & rude service. Tried to ship a package and got denied, I was told something was missing in my order but it's just a lie. Customer service is bad. It's been 8 months and my package was never delivered or given to me.
