Such a let down! The venue itself was lovely. However, thats where it ended. Was shown to our pre booked table - it was dirty (also saw others being shown to dirty tables) sent 2 cocktails back as they were like water, waited nearly 30 mins for a bottle of Prosecco to be told the order had been cancelled but charged for! None of my party were shown to the table which led to one of my guests leaving as they could not find us and one of my guests was late but wasnt let in! Despite still having another half an hour at my table. Toilets were shocking, seats broken, sanitary bins with lids missing and toilet roll not put in holders. All in all, a very disappointing visit for my birthday. Wouldnt return

Nice place, BUT food is not good at all, very dry, small portions. For drinks is okay but food not so well.

I have no word to express the scandalous behaviors of one of the bouncer inside the club that kicked my friend and I out for absolutely no reason. My friend and I were discussing (not even dancing or making any sort of trouble) I have sent a message to the management and expect apologizes and explanations for the shocking attitude and non justified treatment of us. Avoid this place.

We were completely wow'd by decor and staff in The Prince. What a beautiful place. The food was incredible. We have the hummus, triple cooked fries & fondue sauce which was to die for. We also had the fried chicken, Arancini and Korean chicken. 10/10 for everything. The barman Tariq was so helpful and accommodating. He and another barman, possibly a manager in the checkered shirt were practising some cocktails and kindly asked us to sample them and gave them to us. Also incredible drinks. We stumbled across this place after visiting the BBC experience close by and so glad we did. When we next visit from Portsmouth we will 100% return.
