Dana dry cleaners

I brought 3 items to this place and delivered them to an employee who I later found was the son of the owner. I handed over a somewhat delicate piece and asked if he felt like they could comfortably clean it to which he replied yes. It was naive of me to trust this situation- the blouse is almost ruined after leaving it with them. A button hole has been torn, the lace cuff is falling off (they do alterations so Im not sure why someone wouldnt fix it after they tore it off), and the stain is not even removed. I wanted to support this business and I am sure lots of their work is very adequate but I am super disappointed. The other two items returned in fine condition but I questioned whether they had been cleaned. I never leave bad reviews for any place because I know we all have off days- but the fact that I asked and then it returned in such bad shape is really irritating. I wouldnt want it to happen to someone else! Service: Organic dry cleaning

Very professional and efficient. They missed a spot on a shirt once, I took it back the next day, and simply cleaned it again no extra charge and gave it back to me the following day I highly recommend
