North Fulham Surgery

North Fulham Surgery has really let me down today. Please can you provide me with your email so that I can submit a complaint, as your website has conveniently not allowed for a complaint to be submitted. I will not be walking to the clinic to submit a complaint.

I have been using these doctors since it opened when Doctor Blair was there Dr tolbert Christian Sam karn now recently Dr Worthington all amazing the telephone system is not the greatest but there is the option to do an online form and it is a lot quicker as same day appointments you call at 7 am or 12 the reception are amazing they take a lot of slack I myself have had to apologise for my rudeness and they have never held it againt me I have cronic pain daily fibromyalgia and can project I have total respect for all of them best docters I ever had when I moved surgery when I moved house made me appreciate them all the more I could not wait to get back to them and now I am won't ever move again seen me through having my kids and now my daughter having hers over 20 years and never let me down I try and see the same docter ad they accommodate my needs so I would recommend this docters over others in Fulham any day

Impossible to get an appointment and rude receptionists with no compassion/understanding for patients needs. Whats the point of having a GP if you cannot see them when you need?

Impossible to get an appointment when you child is ill and needs care. Even when you are 7th on the queue you cant get an appointment

Excellent reception staff and doctors, have been coming here for 20+ years
