        I am a care professional and have visited the home today. The management and care team clearly have a good knowledge and understanding of their residents needs. Documentation was detailed and organised and the care practice was professional and friendly.

        The recent care my relative received was truly unacceptable. The lack of empathy and care from the staff including management and lack of knowledge in Palliative care still shocks me now.
