Highgate Surgery

One doctor in the whole surgery?! No wonder I can never get an appointment. Reception staff are useless and offer appointments weeks later than needed. Ive just miscarried my baby and now I cant even see a doctor its disgusting. Im de registering and hopefully going to find a doctors that is willing to see me.

I am so fed up of ringing at 8am on a morning for an appointment and not being able to get through, I think they must take the phone off the hook because every time I ring it's just engaged. How are you supposefd to get an appointment if you can't get through, I have been trying now for over a week to get an appointment for a med review and I now haven't had my heart meds for over 2 weeks, this is so frustrating if you do eventually get through there are no appointments left. Brinb back the previous Dr's they were so much better.

I think its a great doctors. The reception staff are friendly and really do go out of their way to help you where they can. The nurses are wonderful, and each doctor I have seen has been compassionate and caring. Yes it can be hard to get through sometimes, but if you wait a while it usually gets a bit quieter. And let's remember, it's not a call centre folks, it's 1 or 2 people answering hundreds of calls.

Needs to get their online access for patients up to date. I have a chronic illness and struggle to be out of bed early enough to book an appointment.
