I always prefer to use a smaller company, I find the level of effort put in is 9/10 better than when using big companies where employees are often lost in numbers and the quality of work can decline. Just Carpets did not fail to impress me. Happy to recommend them.

Polite, quick along with high quality flooring/carpetting An amazingly good job. I hired this company because of the positive reviews they had online on checkatrade and I couldn't have been happier with the results. They gave a estimate over the phone and a second estimate once they measured each room, both estimates being quite close to each other. We had 2 rooms laminated and a stairway with 2 landings fitted with carpet. They knew the two room were bedrooms for two teenagers and they let them pick what flooring wanted, letting the kids get involved too. They sent me an order form by email so I knew what i was expecting before they started and wouldn't get any surprise fees on top so ordering itself was simple. Each room looks great. They put in extra finishing around the edge and around the radiator pipes and not just the skirting I ordered which I wasn't expecting.The quality of the carpet and laminate was fantastic for the price. They were really very quick, getting the job finished within 5 hours. They arrived on time and were professional, tidy and fairly quiet. I'm planning on hiring Just Carpets Ltd again for another 2 bedroom I was only thinking of getting laminated but have now been convinced. I definitely would recommend this company and I will be using this company again.
