The lady in the post office is rude. The shop is overpriced.

The service they give being the hub of the village is appalling. If you are going to open and close at your discretion have the good manner to change your opening hours online. That is ware people go for information these days. Checked your times found you were supposed to be open then travel all the way in only to find a note on the door. Just bloody rude.

Had a really bad experience here, the "lady" behind the counter was extremely rude, on entering the store she asked if i could wear a face covering, i told her I'm exempt and she asked to see proof! I must have been in 100+ places since masks were made compulsory and not a single person has ever asked to see proof, once you tell them you're exempt they just treat you like any other customer and let you continue to get what you need, but not this horrid witch, next on telling her i don't have proof and she shouldn't be asking to see proof, she told me she has every right to ask me and that she wouldn't serve me if i wasn't wearing a mask! Disgusting behaviour from a horrible person! Needless to say i had to leave the store. It's really overpriced and lacking in variety as it is and will always choose somewhere else to shop when possible. The only reason they can act like that to people and the shop still survives is because it's the only shop for miles.
