We camped at Ball Hill Farm just over a week ago. We had a fantastic time - the site was uncrowded (only us and one other camper) and the owner Tim gave us a lovely welcome tour on arrival. We found a secluded space to pitch our tent and the view we had was gorgeous. The facilities are simple (compost loo and water tap) but perfect for a "back to basics" camping experience. The prices are also very reasonable. We will undoubtedly be returning to this site in the future.
