Brook Farm

We had a wonderfully warm welcome to Brook Farm from Maria the owner. The house is as gorgeous as the photos show. Our room and bathroom were a good size and beautifully decorated with wonderful comfy bedding. Our breakfasts were fresh and delicious with home made compots. There was complete peace at night...not a sound. We went on a good circular walk from the farm house the evening we arrived and sat in the front garden under the trees enjoying a beautiful sunset. There is a very cosy sitting room for guests with huge sofas to sink in to. This was such a very lucky find and we would highly recommend it. A moment of peace for us in a lot of turmoil. A taste of luxury without the hefty price tag! I was in awe of the building as soon as I arrived. The hostess was extremely friendly and welcoming and I immediately felt right at home. The room was incredible! It had a large bed, desk area, TV, coffee/tea making station and an immaculate bathroom with the most beautiful bath! I had a lovely night at Brook Farm and was greeted by the hostess in the morning who prepared a tasty cooked breakfast along with continental style foods such as cereal and fruit. I am eager to return as I'd love to stay longer next time. Would highly recommend this BnB to everyone!
