        Brilliant company to work for would strongly recommend them. But they dont accept people with poor DBS,s. This is there only let down. I worked through an agency and was asked to apply for a full time position. They knew about my DBS and then decided to judge me. I have been a Support worker for over 7 years with little conflict. I think they should change their ways.
