Avoid. I paid a deposit on a car at 5:00 pm one day (bit of an impulse decision to be fair), emailed with some questions the following day and after some back and forth decided not to go ahead - so cancelled within 24 hours. Subsequent communication was very poor, I had to chase every reply and it took six weeks and LOTS of chasing (phone calls, emails and visits to the site) to get any of my deposit returned - countless broken promises on when it would be paid. Even then they didn't return it all, deducting the cost of the Autotrader advert which they said they'd cancelled immediately and had to re-run. In the end I agreed with one partner that we'd split the cost as they'd been so slow to process the refund and then the other partner overruled him and still deducted the whole amount. Overall very poor service and wouldn't trust. Glad I didn't risk buying a car from them in the end.

East Coker cars is a great car dealership and I recently bought a polo for my first car from here and the car is perfect and have had no problems with it.
