Excellent service 5 star rating all the way. All the staff are polite hardworking and nothing is too much trouble. Definitely recommend!!!!!!!

We have terminated service agreement with this company due to consistently poor service. On a great number of occasions the cleaners would not finish the job/leave the room half-cleaned and the owners would never take any responsibility and always came up with the excuses. On a separate note, almost every week different cleaners came, plus the managers would often pop in into our property with the cleaners without informing us. This means that quite often we had 4 strangers walking around our house on a weekly basis which is actually quite unsettling. We are now looking for a private cleaner, one person only, who are usually reliable and hard working, in our experience. We always used private cleaners before getting help from DustBusters and would never use the company again.
