I cannot fault the level of service that this company provides. My X-Trail car battery showed worrying problems over the weekend. I phoned them at 8:55am and spoke with Bob in the service dept. He reassured me that it was safe to drive the car over so that he could check the battery. I arrived at 10am without a prior appointment and Bob took the car in straight away. Unfortunately, the coffee machine was out of order but one of the salesmen kindly went over to a neighbouring unit to get me a coffee. I also had a very pleasant catch up with Sam, who helped me with the original car purchase. Within 90 minutes, the battery had been checked, found to be faulty and replaced with a new battery under the new car warranty. As a said, an overall level of service that cannot be faulted and is rare to find. Thank you.

I recently purchased a Juke and I couldn't be more happier with the service I experienced. Mark was a great help and provided excellent advice during the handover. I personally dropped in without an appointment and I was made to feel welcomed. Thank you for making the transition easy!
