My employer uses Novuna for its fleet management. Absolute clowns. Why do cars take so long to arrive when I can order the same privately and have it delivered in 2 weeks. Some of my colleagues have been waiting over 12 months for their ID.4. Meanwhile, they are stuck in a hire car with high BIK and no delivery date in sight. Staff are leaving because of the car situation and Novuna is to blame.

Terrible company for end of contract charges. In the process of charging me 1000 for wear and tear that is truly hard to see. Also i wanted a 4 year term, with a 1 year extension but because they couldnt deliver my new vehicle for a year, i had to have the vehicle for 6 years. Not even considered for the "wear and tear" they claim. Day before the manheim inspection some of my workmates said my car looked virtually immaculate. Then on new vehicles just seem incapable of taking an initial rental, then a single monthly direct debit. Trying to take months 1+2 rental on the same day 2 weeks after taking the initial rental. Such strange greedy practices. When it was hitachi it was fine. Now its a constant headache.

Be sure to take images of the vehicle on its return. I have just had an end of lease inspection & the inspector has alleged the carpet is holed where my foot rubbed against it when pressing the clutch pedal. I have images to show the carpet is merely surface scuffed commensurate with age & mileage. I have raised a complaint as the inspectors report has placed a cost of 402 to replace the carpet. Looking at many other reviews on Novuna, this practice is not an isolated incident. After many years of having vehicles from other lease providers with no issues, Novuna appear to be taking the Fair & Wear Guidelines to the absolute extreme in order to maximise profits. Be aware of very harsh end of contract charges should you opt to use this company.

Avoid! Have to be the worst lease company I have dealt with. The main issue is they are in bed with Manheim car Inspectors who are an absolute joke. Over 200 charge for a supposedly damaged alloy and the faintest marks on the door sill from the door opening an closing (see pictures). These guys would find fault with cars coming off a production line. Handed the car back spotless and 13,000 miles under mileage. Don't even bother complaining as you get a standard response backing inspectors.
