Ring of Bells Inn

Just the best steak I have ever tasted. So flavorsome, so tender. Along with a pint of their organic beer (Celtic Red my recomendation) it's just an amazing experience that will raise the bar. However beware - future steaks from elsewhere may now not make the cut! Stayed the night, rooms excellent, service top notch from a clearly passionate team. Picture perfect location. My wife loved her scallops equally, so clearly the chef knows their stuff.

Stayed here with some friends. The staff were really friendly and nothing was too much for them. Lovely selection of organic drinks and more importantly gin, to which the staff knew exactly which tonic to pair it with. The room was beautifully finished and comfortable, continuing with the ethos of the place with a selection of organic teas and coffees and toiletries. The food, oh my! For starters we had scallops and the baked brie platter and then the rump steak for mains. All of the food was cooked to perfection, the steak practically melted in your mouth. One of the best, if not the best steaks I've ever had. The creme brulee was divine! Breakfast again was delicious. The smashed avocado on sourdough toast with poached eggs, the eggs were that perfect combination of fully cooked whites with a runny yolk. All of the food is either grown at their farm or sourced locally and you an certainly taste the care and attention that goes into producing the food. I will most definitely be back.
