        Very very knowellgeable. Ran diagnostics and made his suggestion and offered options on what to do next. He also noticed a few other things and repaired a fault there and then at no extra cost. Very helpful gent.

        Brilliant guy with consummate technical skills but absolutely rubbish at communicating. Doesn't return calls, emails or texts. It gets embarrassing trying to book a service!
