        I visited The Sands as a child many many years ago. I am delighted to say my visit as an adult was equally good. Watching the dogs and children play on the beach on a autumn day was delightful. Our quest to eat and enjoy fish & chips whilst walking around the area was not to be. Could not find a fish shop open. This was in early September 2022. Still enjoyed a take away at cafe on sea front a dog friendly one.
