I cannot thank Paul highly enough regarding my recent acquisition of a Land Rover Discovery 4. From initial contact, Paul maintained excellent communication throughout the purchase process with honesty and candour fully meeting my expectations. The car itself represented very good value with a couple of minor issues I identified promptly addressed before hand over. To be fair, despite the car being in very good condition and 'as described' it was nonetheless 12 years old so a little cosmetic wear and tear was to be expected. Paul possesses some key traits that elevates him above some of his peers in the used car industry; integrity, reliability and prompt attention to his customers requirements. Paul is also remarkably personable which helped me overlook his allegiance to Southampton FC to the extent that I will happily recommend his business to my Pompey supporting friends! Paul made the car sale a stress free and straightforward experience. He is a credit to the used car business and has set a benchmark other traders should take note of. Continuing to meet these high standards will see my repeat custom in the future.

TLDR: Paul is the most honest and trustworthy car dealer you could possibly find. I purchased a vehicle and traded in my previous one at a good price. Unfortunately a few days after purchase the new vehicle developed a fault which would have been incredibly difficult to foresee. Paul arranged for it to go into the garage to resolve the issue, even collecting and returning it. Unfortunately the problem persisted after 3 attempts at fixing the issue. I returned the vehicle with no arguments, just Paul apologetically issuing a full refund; I didnt even have to ask before being told that this is what he would do. I (and Paul) got unlucky in this instance with the fault that developed, however, I couldnt have asked for anything more than how Paul tried to help; if you purchase a vehicle from him hopefully you wouldnt have any issues, but if you do, you know you will be looked after.

Top dealer. Car is in immaculate condition and ready for the test drive before my arrival. Brilliant route for test drive as well. Car had the quarter of a tank of fuel, which is unusual for the dealers. Brilliant. Thank you
