Ben, Adam and Richard were fantastic when booking our Maldives trip. Nothing was too much trouble, they were extremely accommodating and managed to get us the best price by far. Everything was very easy from our side and communication was great. We have re booked with them for next year and will definitely use them going forward!

We have booked the Maldives many ways over the years. Having used them several times I can say Purely Maldives are very good both price and service wise. Recommend.

Second holiday to Maldives with Purely Maldives. This holiday was postponed twice and they fought hard on our behalf to ensure we didn't lose any money when we had to postpone at very short notice. From our experience we only have the best to say about the company and team, a really personalised and professional experience for us. 100% all the way.

Would highly recommend Richard and the team at purely Maldives. They went above and beyond to make our honeymoon perfect in October 2021. We had to change dates due to the pandemic. Richard and the team couldn't of done any more for us to make it perfect. Alan & Victoria

Enquired about a honeymoon in the Maldives. I specified what we wanted and a budget and had a nice response. The quote came back 1.5k over budget without flights or transfers. I showed them a quote from another company that was cheaper and included everything we wanted plus flights and sea plane transfers. I received an email back saying this isnt correct, the company isnt ATOL protected, there was no sea plane transfers included (which there was) and also that this quote is without island tax. The company I had the quote from was ATOL protected and island tax is $6 pernice try by the salesman there to try pull wool over my eyes. I replied explaining it is the whole package we asked for and at the right price and even told him where I received a similar price quote from. I then had a response from the salesmans manager who was rather patronising and insinuated I was lying. I was mortified someone would speak to a potential customer this way because purely Maldives quote wasnt competitive enough. I emailed back explain how I felt after his email and that I wouldnt be booking. The same manager came back and said his sales guy had been working long hours to get this quote all for nothing like this was supposed to make me feel upset or guilty for someone doing their job. Laughable company! I wouldnt recommend this company and wouldnt book even if they were the cheapest quote. I feel sorry for anyone who actually tries to get the best quote for their honeymoon because you get spoken to like garbage. Adis
