I have just completed a 12 week course with Sam, where I have been shown strategies for relieving pain involving exercises, educated into what influences pain, and the benefits of regularly exercising all parts of the body, not just the few you might fancy. It has been hard work at times, so you must stick to the plan. I have improved in most areas of fitness and my balance, which has been an issue, has improved no end and it has been great fun.
I would certainly recommend Sam to anyone with a prevailing condition: my overall message would be "Don't knock it until you have tried it"
