        Had a nice walk round the lake with the dog (roughly 2k) and called in for a quick drink. Pub was dog friendly and had a nice covered outdoor area which we sat in overlooking the large beer garden and mere. Decided to have a look at the menu and opted for the BBQ chicken pizza and garlic bread with balsamic onions, chips and a sausage (off the dog menu) for the dog. The pizza was great and staff very welcoming. Wasn't the cheapest option as for the same price we could have both had the Sunday roast but left full and happy. Will definitely be back most likely after another walk in delamere forest.

        Food was OK. Not worth the price. Not very good staff. Customer service doesn't come first.
