Cathy is a great teacher. Her classes are never the same, she focuses on different and interesting themes and makes the sessions fun. She gives individual attention to ensure the practice works for you, whatever level you are. I always feel better after one of Cathy's classes!

Life often gets in the way of us taking the time to nurture ourselves, even just to take a deep breath. After the Yoga workshop, in just a few hours, I feel invigorated, energised but also peaceful. Cathy has a way of creating a comfortable community amongst students to practise yoga, focusing not just on the body but the mind too. All modifications are considered, mentioned and there is no pressure, making it a safe Yoga practise no matter your experience, good vocal cues to help you with poses. What a great holistic experience and good encouragement to make yoga a part of my daily life. Thank you Cathy!

As someone that hadnt done yoga for years, and didnt know much about ayurveda, this was a brilliant experience! Caty is an incredible instructor and I highly recommend this retreat to everyone.

An amazing experience at the Yoga retreat day. Cathy created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where people connect with new friends and reflect on healthy lifestyles. The sessions were both invigorating and relaxing, providing a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Cathy's teachings were insightful and inspiring. Highly recommend this retreat to anyone looking for a day of mindfulness and self-discovery.

I did a face yoga training course with Cathy and I absolutely loved it! it was good to learn how to take better care of my face and neck and without taking an hour every time, I now include some of the techniques into my morning and night routine, which is great. Thank you Cathy!!
