Communicative, available, and always helpful, Charlotte has consistently managed repairs and other concerns that have arisen at our flat. I know that if ever we have an issue, she can be trusted to take care of it. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

The staffs at Sandersons are really friendly and professional. They are very patience and also providing great help to working professional like me who came to the UK on a short term and lodging can sometimes be very difficult these days. 5 stars here~~

Charlotte Heaton is our property manager and we couldnt be more impressed. She is on the ball, has the best contacts in the industry to get any issue addressed no matter how large or small and is always a pleasure to work with. We feel very grateful to have such incredible support managing our property while we live overseas. Many property managers are not proactive or responsive, as we were using a different company in the area before and were unsatisfied, but Charlotte has done nothing but impress with her responsiveness, tenacity and great attitude. She is always honest and thats a rarity in our experience. Simply put, she is irreplaceable! Thank you for all your hard work!

Not the most helpful agency I've dealt with. They won't hesitate to nickel and dime you for every last cent of your deposit. Not the most consistent with property management either. I would suggest going with one of the larger agents - at least you know what you're getting there.
